Dozie is a Chartered Electrical Engineer with the IET with over 20 years’ experience in the Power and Telecommunications industry. He is currently the Use Cases Manager in the Virtual Energy System programme at National Grid ESO.  The Use Cases aims to deliver the benefits of interconnected digital twins of the GB energy system. Prior to that, he had been involved in several key strategic projects in ESO - Distributed Restart (a world first initiative to restore the transmission system from distributed energy resources), Transitioning of operational tools into Electricity National Control Centre and several others. Dozie had also worked in the telecommunication sector delivering Operational telecommunication infrastructure.
