Dr. Steve Fawkes been active at the forefront of the energy transition for over 35 years. His experience including delivering large energy management programmes for corporates and the public sector, co-founding three energy service companies, implementing innovative energy services transactions in industry and commerce, and advising governments. He founded the ep group in 2012 and the company advises corporates, investors, governments and multi-lateral institutions on designing, developing and financing net zero and regenerative projects. The ep group’s JV with the Indian government’s super-ESCo EESL has invested more than £65m into the UK since 2017 and in 2020 was named as the fastest growing Indian owned company in the UK. He has received awards from the Energy Institute, the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy and the India Business Group.
