Colin Timmins joined NEA early in 2023 to lead their new Homes Directorate, focussing on the retrofit of fuel poor homes. Since qualifying as a building services engineer, Colin has gained over 30 years’ experience in policy, legislation and practice for energy efficiency, heating, ventilation, and smart and low carbon technologies, working in both the private and public sector. His aim at NEA is to work with a wide range of partners to deliver the best outcomes for low income and vulnerable households through homes that are efficient, healthy, and ready for decarbonisation.
