Oz is the industrial policy officer for the Association for Decentralised Energy, with a brief covering industrial decarbonisation technologies ranging from CHP to biomass to carbon capture and storage, and policy areas ranging from carbon pricing to connections reform to strategic network planning. He previously studied political science at LSE and Trinity College Dublin, was the editor-in-chief of the Social and Political Review and has written for publications including the European Council on Foreign Relations, Social Europe, GCN Dublin, and Desired Landscapes.
