Alex leads Citizens Advice's work on the retail energy market and heat networks, including how these can support a fair and affordable transition to net zero. He is also currently overseeing the delivery of the organisation's energy advice strategy, which will ensure people can access the right advice and support as the energy markets changes. Prior to working at Citizens Advice he worked at Ofgem, on projects related to community energy, sustainability and heat decarbonisation.
