Olivia oversees the work of the Business and Industry Transformation Team as co-Deputy Director, where she is responsible for the development and delivery of policies on low carbon products, emissions reporting, and business tax incentives, audit & reporting, which includes the government's Climate Change Agreements programme and Combined Heat and Power Quality Assurance (CHPQA) scheme. Having started her career as an Environmental Consultant, Olivia joined the Civil Service more than 15 years ago and has focussed on the development of policies to improve the environment and tackle climate change.
